St Joseph’s Years 7 – 11
We offer small class sizes to enable all students to receive more personalised guidance and support that will allow them the best opportunity to achieve their potential. Students are taught evidence-based strategies so that they become effective independent learners. We value academic rigor and aim to produce life-long learners. Our departments run a large and varied number of external trips and activities to broaden our pupils’ interests and experiences to develop their learning beyond the classroom.
Regular and effective communication between students, teachers and parents helps to ensure that attention is given both to the academic progress and to the well-being of each student. We encourage all students to develop an awareness of their own role in society and to develop the desire to contribute to the wider community.
