This half-term, Year 7 & 8 STEM Club has had an Electronics focus, with attendees being challenged to make their own electronic dice.
They have spent their lunch times carefully soldering the dice, before moving on to programming a small chip on the electronic board using a special software on a PC. Once complete, a small button on the board is pressed, which lights up six LEDs with 1 to 6 at random, i.e. the pattern of a dice.
Well done all, some great skills learnt!
