Following my Sports Science degree from Winchester University and a year living in Australia, I gained my PGCE in Secondary PE from Manchester Metropolitan University. I taught in PE in South Oxfordshire for eleven years before I joined St Joseph’s College in 2011 as Head of Department. Whilst being in this role, I have introduced A Level PE, Senior Games Afternoon, Sports Tours, GCSE Climbing curriculum and the department has grown from two to seven members of staff. Outside of teaching I am an enthusiastic skier; I played Netball for Henley Ladies for ten years; I have run the London Marathon four times and continue to run weekly.
