Jon has spent his whole career working within the construction industry, firstly as a Quantity Surveyor, then as a Building Surveyor through to Project Management. After a spell running his own refurbishment company, he spent 15 years working as the Estates Manager at an independent school before retiring in 2023. Enjoying time with his family plays a big part in his retirement as does travel, local history and long distance cycling around the UK.
