The Governors of St Joseph’s College seek to maintain affordable fees for all students. Fees are usually reviewed for the beginning of each academic year at the discretion of the Governors, and parents are given as much notice as possible of any increases.
*Please note that some fees and costs of ‘extras’ are subject to 20% VAT from January 2025. The fees in the table below and the information in the Fees & Trip Packages 2024-25 Information Booklet reflect this change.
Payment is made in advance by Direct Debit in ten monthly instalments from July to April.

Early Years Government Funding
Up to 15 hours of nursery funding is available to contribute towards fees. The funding for each term varies and is based on your child’s attendance pattern and the number of days in the term.

Co-curricular activities
We offer a wide variety of co-curricular activities, including The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, visits, trips, and lessons in Music, Speech and Drama and Ballet. Some activities may incur additional costs, please check the fees booklet above for more information.
Sibling Discount
Parents who apply for and accept a place for their third child (and any subsequent children) at St Joseph’s will be eligible for a discount of 15% on the fees of the youngest child (or children). The discount will only apply while all siblings are in full time education at the school.
Fee Assistance
A limited amount of means-tested financial assistance is available in the Senior School.
We use an independent company, Bursary Assessment Associates, to assess applications on our behalf. The booklet below explains how financial assistance works at St Joseph’s and eligibility criteria.

Applications for Year 12 financial assistance for September 2025 entry – 31 October 2024
Applications for Year 7 – Year 10 financial assistance for September 2025 entry – 22 November 2024.
Fee assistance may also be provided by St Joseph’s where parents experience financial difficulties after a child has started at the College.
Fee assistance is reviewed annually.
