CyberCenturion competition - round two
Last weekend, CyberJoes participated in the second round of the CyberCenturion competition.
This is the online competition - led by Northrop Grumman, in partnership with Cyber Security Challenge UK - which mirrors the US CyberPatriot competition, a major US STEM education programme presented by the Northrop Grumman Foundation and created by the US Air Force Association.
During this round the team dramatically improved on their scores both overall and within their particular group. CyberJoes moved from 62nd to 36th overall (of 188 groups nationally) and from 17th to 8th (of 58 teams) in the mixed group.
Although the results are still be verified, huge congratulations go to all the members of CyberJoes: Jacob, Rhiannon, Samuel, Adam and Darcy.
One further round (Round 3) will be held in late January before the finals.
