Sixth Form admissions

Entry into Year 12 is dependent upon an interview with the Headmaster and the Head of Sixth Form and a satisfactory report from the applicant’s current school.

The academic standard is normally a minimum of five good GCSE grades.

Further information can be found in our Sixth Form infomation book, which can be downloaded here, and our Sixth Form Open Evening for current Year 11 pupils will be held on Wednesday 8 November at 6.30pm. More details on Open Days and a booking form are available here.

We recommend that prospective Sixth Form students book an individual visit to St Joseph’s for a tour of the school and a chance to meet the Headmaster. The registration form for Sixth Form is in two parts, registration and Sixth Form additional information. Both need to be completed and returned to the school with a photo and the £50 registration fee. For more information please call the Registrar on 0118 984 6908.
